Rude! I called to ask for tax help and before I could even explain the difficult situation I am in he said he didn't answer questions over the phone and hung up on me!! I can't even do my taxes until my situation is cleared up and that's why I was calling. Once things are cleared up I know for sure where I will NOT be doing my taxes. I don't know how they have any business if they hang up on potential customers. Very RUDE! They obviously just care about their own wallets. If you like being treated like trash, do business with RC Accounting.
