NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. This place is obviously not being run correctly or by the right personnel. There are counselors there with only like 6 months total experience. The obese girl at one of the windows will not share any info on me with my husband, even though we are married, he has my permission and is my caregiver. The rugs in the waiting room are always dirty and have centipedes crawling around and they won't get them properly cleaned, even though there has been requests put into the suggestion box (or pig) about it. So why even have a so called suggestion box then? If you email them, they just ignore you. So basically, you are stuck with either this place or cayuga mental health which is not much better. At least cayuga mental health has a tv that they turn on for the clients (cayuga counseling never turns the tv on for the clients and is much noisier than cayuga mental health by allowing children to play and make all the noise that they want in the place.)
Very kind counselors. They try to help you help yourself. If that is not possible for whatever reason, they find a way via referral to address each individual's separate needs.
