Almost always a positive experience here. Some of the nicest people in town work here. It's nice to have a place with labels you don't see in other stores.
We ordered a cake for our anniversary a few weeks in advance from here. We don't live in the area, but made a special trip since we would be renting a lake house when we got the cake. We wanted the cake decorations that were on the sample design cake and not in the book. They were unable to order them, but offered to take the decorations from the sample cake. My husband did not pay much attention to the cake when he picked it up, but once he arrived with it my friend and I immediately noticed the border. The top and sides of the border were the normal pretty design, but the bottom looked like a long blue turd. They had used a simple round applicator and done nothing to make it look nice. I used a butter knife to try and smooth it down, but you can see the difference in the borders. The cake tasted good and aside from the bottom border was beautiful, but the bottom border... It was horrible.
I work at tops. We have the best fried chicken around. A friendly atmosphere good people and great products.
Not the biggest Tops store in the chain, but there are bargains to be found if you look. Many times I find better prices than Wegmans or Walmart. And they aren't as busy or crowded as those other local options.
Horrible customer service by self service register attendant. Store not properly displayed so item I purchased was not on sale. I was told hey it's marked in the weekly flyer.... To bad they didn't have any on display to read. Basically I was told to bad not her problem. Again the service was just down right horrible.
