Thought he was great. He was onsite within about 15 minutes and was very pleasant and personable. He answered all of my questions and even offered to walk me through a separate plumbing job if I chose to do myself. Very happy and certainly would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber. Additionally, he was recommended by another local plumber who wasn't able to come to my house until next week.
Never showed for his appointment. When I called about it he was very rude and told me I should call someone else

Phil is such a great guy and a professional plumber. He does his best to get to you asap when you have an emergency. We are lucky go have him!
Came to install a new toilet. Said he would be here at 1pm. He got here at 5. I wasted my whole day waiting for him. First he started by flooding my bathroom floor. Because he just unhooked the old toilet and lifted it was. Water spraying everywhere. Then he used my clean towels to mop up toilet water and then just tossed them in a pile in my bathtub. Next he put the new toilet in... Very crooked and not even attatched really. Un stable. Everytime you sit on it the whole thing tries to tip over to the right. The toilet seat even slides to the right when you sit. Water leaks from underneath. Then when he was on his way out he had to carry the old toilet downstairs. The old toilet still had water in it. Which proceeded to spill all over the carpet on my stairs and make a whole trail through my living room. He drives a truck with a different company's name on it. So when I called the company on the truck they had no idea what was going on. Until I described the truck to them. Which has a big crack in the windshield and so much garbage and coffee cups piled up on the dashboard that I'm not sure how the man could see to drive. Once I described the truck to the company they sent me to the correct business I was looking for. If I could give this zero stars I would. I've called back to have this fixed and was told it's my problem not theirs.
