I have been buying my furniture from Lynch's for over 20 years. They still have great quality, a large selection, and knowledgeable, professional staff and manager. I just purchased my second living room from them and I am so happy.

Great people giant show rooms whats not to like!

My boyfriend and I bought a futon from Bernie lynch and within 4 months the futon was cracking and falling apart. This piece of furniture cost $700.00 for both the frame and the mattress. We called Bernie Lynch and explained the situation and he asked us to send pictures of the damage, so we did. He said he was going to order another one and it would be there soon. After 2 weeks, nothing. We called and he explained that he had ordered one small part for it which is not the impression he gave us in the first place, we were under the impression that we were getting a replacement. We then further explained that the futon frame is breaking in multiple areas and one small piece is not going to make a difference. So he agreed finally to replace the futon frame. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER A MONTH AND WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE NEW FRAME. When we ask him when we are getting it he replies... I don't know. and thats it. When he should be trying to find out. Finally I called him again and told him that the situation is rather ridiculous and he yells at me and hangs up on me. I called back and explained that we simply want a time frame of when we will have the futon and that there is no need to be confrontational and hang up on me like that. He said he hasn't even ordered it yet because he is waiting to get more products for an order so he can save money on the order. (along with more yelling at me and terrible attitude) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! BERNIE LYNCH HAS NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. Coming from a very understanding person, I recommend going somewhere else when you need to purchase furniture.

Nice people but was told i was not able to return a headboard and footboard that i have not yer recieved

Great Family Store!

It is so different from the pressure you get from the Syracuse stores. Mr. Lynch is always there to accommodate for our delivery needs. My husband and I both work a lot of hours.

Bought a couch and love seat from the Auburn store. Frame for couch snapped . Cushions are not holding up . Will have to donate it to a college student to get someone to take it. When we spoke to the owner he told us it was not his problem . Along with the couch I will give the student this advice. Don't go to lynch furniture you do not get what you pay for.
